Dutch electronic duo Sjaak Thissen and Jurian van der Hoeven, who work as City Park, follow last December's 'Take Time', with new single 'Matter To Me'.
The smooth fusion of soft vocals and alt-pop elements give the electronic track added texture. The Amsterdam-based pair bring in a variety of rhythms to underpin 'Matter To Me', taking light beats and juxtaposing with a variety of instrumental layers.
