Out now via CAS Records, ‘Falling For You‘ is the third release from Kent-based four-piece Castells' forthcoming EP 'Viola' (out in May).
'Falling For You', say the band, was written as "a love letter whilst one of us was going through a breakup. This is acknowledging the nostalgic moments, remembering the good times of the past whilst going through that.”
The melodic, soaring guitar-driven track, admirably helmed by the driving, emotive delivery of vocalist and guitarist Connor Crooks, is an instant winner, pulling the listener in as it builds steadily on a sharp rhythm section, to reach a fuzzy crescendo end. Certainly one of the best outings yet for Castells.
