Spectres Launch A Halloween Special
Halloween. The night of the dark and devilish. And just to get you in the mood, Spectres, the Bristol grunge noise-rock four piece have put out two spookily haunting treats.
First is Dark Habits, a 'Compendium of Ghoulish Oddities', a fanzine of stories, photos and illustrations of a horror and ghost filled nature. Tales of macabre endings, sickening creations and chilling events. Each zine comes accompanied by a white cassette featuring a brand new song '14 years' alongside 3 bootlegs. The cassette itself is illustrated by Spectres, leaving each one individual.
These are in a limited edition of just 20, and if you know what's good for you, you'll grab one quick. Ordering details here: http://www.howlingowlrecords.bigcartel.com/product/spectres-dark-habits-tape-zine
Tape tracklisting - Side A: 1. 14 Years 2. Rattle the Cage (live) Side B: 3. Bug In Amber (live) 4. Tangerines (live)
If you're not lucky eneough to do so, then just take a listen to '14 Years' (which will not be appearing on their 2013 album). Loud, brash, it'll thrash your eardrums from here to Hell and back again. A wall of sound explosion that aches to heard...at full volume.
