Jade Hopcroft, who made her debut late last year with 'Saint', returns after a period away (working on her next EP)with another lyrical piece of perfection that is ideal for her evocative, delicate vocals.
'Rust' - which is also available as a free download - is subtle, alluring; just a hint of Laura Marling here, a touch of Hannah Reid (London Grammar) there. And like both the aforementioned, draws you in and hooks you in the chill-down zone with acoustic guitar and strings.
