Exit Calm Rising Up For Next Single
Yorkshire's finest Exit Calm follow on from the psych bliss of ‘Rapture’ released earlier this year, with 'When They Rise', out on August 26. The single is another taken from the new album ‘The Future Isn’t What It Used To Be’, due to drop via Club AC30 in September.
‘When They Rise’ explodes into a frenzy of shoegaze with hints of classic rock n roll. The track packs four minutes with entrancing post-rock guitar riffs and bass lines that are set against the grandiose pounding percussion.
Exit Calm are Nicky Smith (vocals), Rob Marshall (Guitars), Simon Lindley (Bass) and Scott Pemberton (Drums).
A video for the song is expected next week, in the meantime here's how it sounds live.
Exit Calm will be touring the album in September. All confirmed live dates are:
17th Aug V Festival, Stafford
