Delightful mellow offering from Australian duo Zoe Randall and Steve Hassett, known as Luluc.
Now based in Brooklyn, the pair deliver their album 'Passerby' on July 15 via Sub Pop - from where 'Small Window' is taken.
Produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner (who also plays piano and harmonium on the track) with members of The National, Bon Iver, Beirut and Sufjan Steven’s band also playing on it, it would be a sure winner on that alone, add in Randall's engaging vocal, and ‘Small Window’ - which began as a poem written on a plane journey - becomes something a little magical.
