Scottish four-piece Tijuana Bibles have just released their new single ‘Crucifixion' - ahead of a UK tour and festival dates (including Wickerman Festival).
While the Bibles may hail from Glasgow, they appear on record to have more in common with the swampy blues of Louisiana with their mix of grungy sludge-based riffs and groove-laden rhythms. Fresh off their debut EP 'Wild River', 2014 has already seen the band sell out King Tut's legendary New Year's bash The New Year's Revolution, support Deap Valley and win a nomination for ‘Best New Act’ at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards.
