Not sure which of Candy Darling (yes, named after the legendary Warhol actress) is the 'candy' and which the 'darling', but this debut single is certainly right on the money.
‘Money’ cracks with electric bass, wicked guitar fizz and a punk-garage panache as vocalist/guitarist Emily Breeze pours out that "Success won’t change me/apart from all the money".
Bristol two, Breeze and Rob Norbury (guitar) apparently met during "a licentious four-day drinking binge in 2013." Sobering up, they initially began writing and performing as a two-piece, recruiting Adam Coombs for production/synth this year to complete the line-up.
