Indie electro pop via Stockholm's Last Lynx. Having already released two stunning tracks in 2014, 'Lacuna’ and ‘Curtains’), the group return with their new single 'None Of My Friends’ out on November 7.
Taken from their ‘Rifts’ EP, both the single and EP will be released simultaneously through Universal Sweden’s imprint SoFo Records.
Camilla from the band explains: "None Of My Friends is when you want to be with someone so bad you fantasize about living a corny romantic comedy when actually the other person hardly know you exist."
Relationships are the common thread throughout the six-track EP, four of which being entirely new :‘None Of My Friends’, ‘Brother’, ‘Cardiac’, ‘Get Up’. Summing it up, Fredric from Last Lynx says: “All the songs that ended up on the EP were written in a short period of time that gave them a certain sense of connection and theme. It wasn’t something we discussed or decided on but I guess that the song writing just coincided with a period in our lives when we were going through very similar emotions and were looping the same thoughts.”
