Sounding like they may have been listening to the EastEnders opening theme a few times, 'Between Daydreams', is one of five equally lush tracks from Philadelphia outfit The Soft Spots' debut EP, 'Gently Down The Stream'.
The Soft Spots, a three-piece dreampop electronica band consisting of three life-long friends, incorporate such instruments as drum machine, ukulele, synths, guitar, bass, alongside three-part
harmonies and pedal effects to create a gentle wash of melodic, mellow rhythms.
The Soft Spots plan a follow-up EP, 'Life Is But A Dream' for a spring release.
The Soft Spots are: Shane - vocals, ukulele, percussion, keyboards, kazoo; Truong Ta - guitar, vocals, percussion, keyboards; Corey - drum programming, sequencing.
