Watch :: Gengahr - Heroine

With the release of their debut album 'A Dream Outside' out on June 15 via Transgressive Records, North London's Gengahr have shared the video to single, ‘Heroine’.

The Connor Gilhooly-directed clip sees the band make an appearance in one of their videos for the first time, whilst being inter-spliced with footage of a young troubadour chasing after his heroine.

Explaining the concept behind the video, Gilhooly says: "With 'Heroine', we wanted create a modern take on a classic story using a unique and visually striking aesthetic. It was also very important to highlight the energy of the track and we got the band to appear in one of their videos for the first time and really go for it - they're usually all behind the camera!"
