Words: Sam Geary
After recent fuzz pop single release 'Last Disaster', Bay Area, California's Night School have shared two new tracks in advance of their debut full-length 'Blush', out on June 17 through Graveface Records.
Following their 2014 EP 'Heart Beat' and a split EP with Dott, 'Carousel', released last year, both 'Lost' and 'These Times' - which you can stream below - draws on the girls' - Alexandra Morte, Baylie Arin, Cheyenne Avant - influences such as 90s era Weezer and modern grungy surf, and highlights their Sixties pop meets 90s alt rock style, with fuzzy guitars paired with soft, reverb-heavy vocals and complex harmonies.
Night School are on tour in the US from this week.
