Although they have been in Nashville recording their full-length debut album (due for release later this summer), Island signings Picture This are back in the UK this week to play a sold out headline tour along with an appearance at The Great Escape on May 20, and Dot to Dot festival, May 26-28.
The fast-rising Irish duo - Ryan Hennessey (vocals, guitar), Jimmy Rainsford (drums) - have also shared the video for new single ’Never Change’, which came out last week. Melding lyrical tales of love and life with upbeat melodies and immediately irresistible hooks, the pair first caught the world’s attention in 2015, when an iPhone video of their very first composition ‘Take My Hand’ went viral. With its timeless narrative of eternal love, lush acoustic guitars, and bombastic build-up, the track generated 2 million-plus Spotify streams and over 1.9 million YouTube views.
