Yellow Days, aka George van den Broek, returns this week with a new song and video.
‘You’ is the latest in a string of singles Yellow Days has released in advance of his forthcoming album, ‘A Day in a Yellow Beat’, set for release on September 18 via Columbia Records.
The soulful ‘You’ arrives with a Kirill Kogan animated video featuring space-age graphics.
Yellow Days has also announced a new radio show to air every Sunday at 9pm in the run-up to the album release. The first episode will air this Sunday, July 12, and feature an interview and jam session with Shirley Jones from the American R&B 70s trio, The Jones Girls. Future guests will include Kiefer, John Caroll Kirby, Daniel Aged and Lemar, Count Bass D, Bishop Nehru, Mike Malchicoff, and the Yellow Days band. Listen to the first episode here.
