'1,000,000 MPH' is the first single from the new EP 'Organic Noise Kitchen', out tomorrow (September 7), by Self Help.
As the title infers, the garage-punk-pop four-piece from Oxford go all out at speed on the three minute express train number, over propulsive beats and thrashing guitars.
