Swedish sibling duo Strandels -Tova and Sixten Strandell - follow ‘If God Has A Plan' with this new single, 'Need Your Love'.
Out now, 'Need Your Love' -written by Tova and Sixten as well as with Jimmy Harry (Kelly Clarkson, P!NK) and Amy Sheppard - exudes their alt-folk-pop sound, with an endearing charm and simplicity. Yet with an electric base, it is also both contemporary with its synth melodies, as much as organic with unaffected vocals.
”We wrote the song with our favorite producer Grizzly, several years ago," say the duo. "The original thought was to write a song about regret in a relationship. When you do something that you regret, and realize that it is actually only one person in question, no matter what. Like a sort of ”forgive me and take me back”- song. It is still about that, but it has also become a sort of declaration of love.
