Dunfermline pop-rockers Dancing On Tables fire out of the traps on bristling new cracker 'Stereo', released last Friday (November 9).
“Come on, it’s on!” entreats singer Robbie McSkimming over just under three lascerating minutes of bruising beats and guitar-driven canorous riffs, making for a dynamically delivered follow up to 'Colour Me Good'.
"I was really into the concept of fate at the time. It started with the idea of a guy obsessed with meeting the perfect person, but the person they are looking for is in the bar next door," says McSkimming of the lyrics, which were "written in an hour in a hotel in Nashville on our producer’s sparkly pink guitar "
Dancing On Tables play The Georgian Theatre in Stockton on Tees on November 17 as part of Songs From Northern Britain all-dayer (w/ others).
