London quartet SUN SILVA bring their woozy psychedelia to new single ‘Just The Romantic’.
The track is a dreamy delight featuring danceable touches and exquisite harmonies that recall the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Temples and Tame Impala.
“The original idea for 'Just The Romantic' came from an old joke my dad used to tell about calling a musician instead of 999 when someone's house was on fire," reveals frontman Oscar Gormley.
"We were all studying in a super intense institution where music was literally everything so I was thinking a lot about how useful and real that way of thinking really was. I think the song ends up being about committing to your art no matter how difficult and pointless it might feel.”
Listen to the track below, then check it out live when the band play London's Camden Assembly on Wednesday (May 1). They will also make summer festival appearances at Live At Leeds, The Great Escape, Dot To Dot, Hit The North and Barn On The Farm.
