Something of an earworm track since Little Indie saw the Kent three-piece Glass Peaks perform this at Camden Rocks.
'Traffic' is a slow-burner that is geared for late night easy listening. Filled with a melancholic vibe, it's a kind of heart-tugging alt-pop ballad from the three Alfie Jeffries (vocals, bass), Jake Cox (guitar), Grant Tugwell (drums).
Singer Alfie's voice is one that resonates obliquely, augmented by understated guitars that grab you without your fully realising.
