Co-produced by Doves’ guitarist, Jez Williams, White Flowers have shared the second track from their debut double A-side release, 'Portra'.
Available now on Tough Love Records,
the Preston two-piece, Katie Drew and Joey Cobb, earlier dropped the single A-side 'Night Drive'.
"'Portra' is a reaction to living in a selfish world and deals with the feelings of powerlessness that come with that," say the duo. "We never really plan what our songs are going to be about, the meaning tends to reveal itself after we’ve lived with it for a while. For us, the song seems to be searching for some kind of balance amidst chaos."
