Talkboy and The Howl & The Hum partner up for this contribution to the Empty Days Club album, 'Saccharine Days'.
As its name suggests, the track - out tomorrow - is a sweet offering from the collection titled 'Empty Days Club: Volume 1' to be released on September 2, and available for digital download via Bandcamp from August 7 2020, to coincide with the Bandcamp Friday initiative.
The EP features members of The Howl & The Hum, Talkboy, Catholic Action, Diving Station, Golden Age Of TV, Marsicans, Sea Legs.
We previously heard two tracks from the record: 'One More Thing To Do' and 'Fan Fiction'.
'Saccharine Days', written by The Howl & The Hum, and also featuring Sea Legs, is a gentle meander across two and a half minutes, with a light touch to the vocals, unobtrusive instrumentation and a little whistling interlude to top it off.
Empty Days Club will be donating all profits from sales of the EP to the NHS in support of helping the doctors and nurses get access to the relevant PPE they need whilst battling Covid-19.
