Track Of The Day :: The K’s are on ‘TV’, yo!

Words: Izzy Butler

The K's are back with a post-first lockdown/pre-second lockdown knockout single 'TV'.

Out today (September 25), get on the scene with the live performance film clip recorded for Scotts Menswear Take The Stage promotion.

Although Little Indie is still chilling to their lush stripped down quarantine production 'Valley One', here on 'TV' they are back to their more usual energy-driven sound, hauling out the big guitars on the tightly wound, punk-tinged track.

“It’s a sort of sarcastic account about your way of thinking as a teenager growing up in England," explains frontman Jamie Boyle. "You’re made to believe what you see on reality television is real life and that’s what you should want your life to be like. As you get older though you start to realise it’s all bollocks.”

"TV, won't you morph me / Into the person that I dreamed I'd be / When I was younger"
