They were last heard 'Chasing Highs' back in August, Plymouth band The Native are back with new single ‘Break Away’.
The melodic, easy-going outing belies the band’s uneasiness towards Brexit and how the repercussions will affect their generation.
“We didn’t really have the chance to speak up for how our future will pan out,” they explain. “Especially as a young band, times are very uncertain with how touring and shows will go ahead after Brexit and if we’ll even be able to afford to make it out of the UK once the pandemic is over."
The band are set to play their rescheduled (from last month) debut London show on February 17 2021 - already sold out - at The Fiddler in Kilburn.
