[Video] C Duncan - Say
Mercury Prize 2015 nominee C Duncan shares the music video for 'Say', a track from his nominated lo-fi dreamfolk debut album 'Architect'.
The Glasgow-based Christopher Duncan in this clip directed by Helen Plumb, embarks on a visual journey of shedding his past as depicted in the unraveling of cloth ribbons around a figure standing by a lakeside.
Set to release a self-titled four-track EP on February 19, featuring unreleased songs, the EP can be seen as a summary of the journey that the singer's career has been so far; it brings together songs written at various points in his life and gives the listener practical insight into Duncan's musical approach and inspirations.
The release coincides with his UK and French dates across February/March.
