'A Change Of Heart', from their UK #1 album 'I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It,' is the latest track The 1975 have set to video.

Watch Tim Mattia's black and white directed clip above, where the band's frontman Matt Healy -  who also had a hand in the writing of the video content - is depicted as a clow in a deserted fairground.

Says Healy: "I want to convey the sense of resignation in being a clown. I am, have been and will always be a clown. I think it can tire people. For the sake of subtext and self-reference it should be black and white. Also more chic."
