[Video] The Lumineers - Angela

With their just released second album 'Cleopatra' already topping tge charts, Denver outfit The Lumineers, now share the music video for new single 'Angela', taken from record.

Directed by Isaac Ravishankara (Ellie Goulding, Hosier), the clip is the second in a series of videos depicting the stories and interlinking narratives behind the album's characters, presented in reverse-chronological order. 'Angela' follows the video for 'Cleopatra' which was revealed in July and has already racked up nearly 3 million views.

We pick up this story with Angela, heavily pregnant and at a major crossroads in her life. Interspersed with rich cutaways of the band playing to a room full of people at a party (including a much younger Angela), we see the video's namesake attempting to decide on her future. She travels to a motel deep in thought and as the video comes to a close we spot Cleo through the window as it starts to become clear how the characters' chronicles are all interwoven.

The band return to the UK to at the end of October. Full dates below.
