Royal Blood head for world domination in 2017

Words: Ellie Ward

In the UK most of us have been banging on about Royal Blood for more than four years since they aired their debut single 'Out Of The Black' in 2013. Now our American cousins are just getting wise to the Brighton duo of Michael Kerr (vocals/bass) and Ben Thatcher (drums).

Following a run of UK headline shows in May, they head back and forth to America between June and August to support new album ‘How Did We Get So Dark?’, set for release on June 16, with a number of headline shows and festival appearances. See dates below.

Royal Blood will also appear at a number of global festivals this summer including The Governor's Ball in New York City, Glastonbury, Open'er Festival in Poland in June, Roskilde, Denmark, Spain's BBK Bilbao in July, Australia's Splendour In The Grass, and Japan's Summer Sonic Festival in August.
