Track Of The Day :: Goldsocks - Waitin

With their new EP, 'I Think I Care Too Much' out last week (October 20) - the follow-up to July released 'Mongrels' - grunge punks Goldsocks waste no time in introducing yet more new - non-EP - material.

'Waitin' is one of two (with 'She'll Be Right') new tracks the Melbourne three-piece (drummer pending, we understand) have just uploaded online this week - and we can honestly say it's pretty fab! At close to six minutes, there's plenty to enjoy too. Angus Mcphie pulls it together on ravaged vocals, interspersed with an extended guitar and drum mid-section sequence, and the build-up following this is exhilarating.
