After the release of debut single 'Waiting' last month, London-via-Cheltenham electro-pop trio CAEZAR are back with follow-up ‘Hold On’, out through RG Records, and taken from their forthcoming debut EP, ‘HAIL!’
“'Waiting' was written about the frustration of unreciprocated affection. We had the idea of the song based around the idea that you can’t always help who you fall in love with,” say the band.
Opening on a soft guitar lick, soon joined by Chris Quigley’s vocals, ‘Hold On’ combines electronic beats with a strong, melodic force as soft synths play under upbeat melodies for a pop-rock appeal.
