Premiered earlier tonight (July 23) by Annie Mac on her BBC Radio 1 show, Rat Boy has dropped his new 'Truth Of The Youth' single.
Co-produced with his ‘Sign On’ collaborator, Grammy-nominated James Dring (Danger Mouse, Nilüfer Yanya), the track, out now on Scum Records, is the first taste of Rat Boy's second album, due early next year.
Powered by thunderous dub bass and ska-infused rhythms, "We’re the kids that your parents warned you about” sings Jordan Cardy, aka Rat Boy.
Rat Boy returns to the US and Canada from late October to play his first headline tour on the other side of the Atlantic. Before that, he also plays Y Not Festival this weekend.
