Following the release of their debut EP 'Hi' last year, Bristol four-piece Make Friends dispense some more of their glistening indie-pop vibes on new single, 'Knowing Makes It Worse'.
Recorded at Geoff Barrow's Invada Studios before the Corvid-19 lockdown set in, 'Knowing Makes It Worse' is Make Friends' most organically written song to date, showcasing their evolution as writers.
Bounding percussion is juxtaposed against driving melodies, as the riff heavy track - with lyrics posing questions of whether knowing what's going on in somebody's head is best left unsaid - comes laced with infectious grooves and a touch of Bombay Bicycle Club about it.
