Scottish teen outfit Parliamo get in some exercise - in between swilling beer and lighting up the cigs - In their latest video for cheeky and buzzy new single 'All Dolled Up'.
Directed by Aiden McCormick, the track - from their upcoming EP, ‘Thrill Of The Chase’, out next month - which was released last Friday (September 28), is a three-minute infectious guitar pop tale of teenage lust and desire, and follows 'Lucy' from earlier in the year.
'All Dolled Up', the band say, looks at "the stark but humorous contrast between the glamorous image upheld by teenagers on social media, and the actual lives that we live. They say a photo says a thousand words, but Friday evening’s Instagram post does not even give an inkling of what kind of filth and misbehaviour occurred throughout the night; everybody knows this, and everybody’s at it. The song is a tongue-in-cheek commentary of Scottish teenage weekend romance.”
