Brisbane artist T Scarlett - the solo project of MTNS frontman Tom Eggert - is causing something of an Aussie buzz with debut single ‘Can’t See’, an emotive indie-electronica fusion.

The song, he says, was written "from the perspective of two different people reflecting on a life changing moment. One is an optimist and the other a sceptic. A friend who invested significant amounts of time into their passion, only to find the outcome wasn’t attainable because of circumstances outside of their control."

If Tom's lush vocal control here doesn't immediately draw you in, then the brooding percussion fabric that surrounds it surely will.
