Porridge Radio are 'Circling' around visuals for new song

Words: Ellie Ward

Brighton's Porridge Radio have shared a new song from their forthcoming album, 'Every Bad', out March 13 via Secretly Canadian.

'Circling' comes with a new video directed by Rachel Winton, Ben Cole, and Tash Lever.

“A lot of the songs on 'Every Bad' are centered around the sea, and 'Circling' was one of the last songs focused on the water that I wrote for the album,” says the band’s Dana Margolin. “I was thinking on the idea of willing things to be okay by repeating that they are, because I need them to be. I tried to follow the feeling of the flow of waves, and how they keep coming in endlessly, washing everything away without judgment, and then bringing it back again.”

This month the band embark on a tour of in-stores, play their debut US shows and head to SXSW, before beginning a UK tour. They have also just announced a brand new October UK tour, including their biggest headline show at London’s Village Underground on October 20.
