Leeds' outfit Talkboy return with new single 'Feel Again', out via LAB Records / Come Play With Me today (April 17).
Whilst the swoony self-produced tune was written late last year and recorded this past January, lyrically it feels very apt for the present times, touching as it does on themes of longing for someone that isn't there when you want them to be and the feelings of loneliness that can expose a person to.
"Do you remember when you could go to the pub and feel distant in a crowd full of people and wish that you could just be at home with someone? Well, doesn’t that seem like an alien emotion now, eh?" says guitarist Tim Malkin.
"In a very strange turn of events this song has been put into a bit of a different perspective for us all I think, stuff like this makes you realise how much we do take people and things for granted."
