Track Of The Day :: Brooklyn synth-pop trio Nation of Language release 'The Wall & I' from debut album

Words: Ellie Ward

Following their recent reveal of 'September Again', and 'Friend Machine', Brooklyn new wave synth-pop trio Nation of Language now share another new track from their debut album 'Introduction, Presence', out on May 22.

On 'The Wall & I', which dropped today, they exude an hypnotic pulsing beat, as Ian Devaney brings in that emotive and wonderfully nuanced voice of his  to weave amidst the layers of guitar and electronic keyboard sounds.

Their debut full-length is already being hailed as a top entry for 'best of 2020' and this New Order-esque pearl doesn't dispel that notion.
