black midi return with lead single from new album, 'John L'

black midi will release their second album, 'Cavalcade' on May 28 via  Rough Trade, and ahead of that they unveil the music video for lead single, 'John L.'

The clip was directed by choreographer and creative director Nina McNeely, whose previous projects include Rihanna’s 'Sledgehammer' video.

'Cavalcade' follows black midi's 2019 debut ‘Schlagenheim‘.
