David Bowie Premieres Video At Mercury Music Prize

He may not have won, but David Bowie was still the star of last night's Mercury Music Prize awards ceremony in London, when his new video to 'Love Is Lost' was premiered.

Shot in a dark corridor in his office in New York, we see him clowning around in a Pierrot costume with a star mannequin - not unlike that which appeared in 1980's Ashes To Ashes video - as he films an eerie homemade movie.

'Love Is Lost', the new single from Bowie, is taken from his album 'The Next Day' which was released in March, marking his first recorded output in ten years.
