After releasing their debut album 'Feast of Love' last year following their signing to Run For Cover Records, Pity Sex, the fuzzy indie post-punk quartet from Ann Arbor, Michigan now deliver a split 7" release with Pittsburgh punks, Adventures.
'Acid Reflex' is a return that highlights both their shoegaze-esque leanings, along with a penchant for distortion and the dual vocals of Brennan Greaves and Britty Drake that play so well against each other. After the strung-out solo guitar wail draws to an end, Greaves outlined his list of needs: “I need drugs / I need God / I need comfort / I need fortune / I need something."
