Watch :: New Belgian Band Robbing Millions With A Surreal 'Warder'
Another thing to add to the list of what Belgium has to offer us. Along with beer, Poirot, TomTom, chocolate and potato fries we now have psych-pop five-piece Robbing Millions.
One of the country’s most promising new bands after putting out killer tracks ‘Tenshinhan’ and ‘Ritualistic’ on Bandcamp, Robbing Millions now turn to the dark side with their latest gem called ‘Warder’.
The song features creepy distorted vocals and a throbbing bass turning the song inside out halfway through in what could be described as “a mental power ballad from hell”.
Watch the video above. A disorientating 70s style work from the Belgian duo Beure Bataille, consisting of Gaspard Ryelandt - cartoonist and Robbing Millions’ singer Marine Dricot - one of Belgium’s most promising young photographers, who send a young woman (or could it be just twin sisters...?) on a schizophrenic one-way trip to hell with slime, tranquilizers and spacy omelettes.
Crazy lot, eh.
