So, this sounds like February...Part 2

As February reaches its end days and the Valentine roses are now just a fading memory, we at Little Indie are staying in love with the sounds coming out way - like this latest batch we have had on the go.

ASHA - DROWNING
From her debut 'Illusions' EP, released February 3 via The A&R Department, the 18-year-old Australian delivers an hypnotic work of subtle acoustics in an electronic soundscape.

DAY WAVE - SOMETHING HERE
Latest from Californian, Jackson Phillips, all strumming guitars in a melting cascade of dreampop vocals, taken from his debut album 'The Days We Had', out on May 5 via Harvest Records.

RAVINES - BREATHE
Latest track from New Zealand electronic duo (formerly known as Ophelia), composer/producer Patrick Shanahan and singer/songwriter Alex Louise,
EP 'Ordinary' released February 17. Driving beats, darker harmonies and strong lyrical content.

LOWLY - MORNINGS
Lead cut from the just released 'Heba' album by the Danish quintet. Layered textures highlighted by the voice of Soffie Viemose.

ORCHIN - EGO DEATHBED
The latest slow-paced track from LA band's forthcoming self-titled EP out March 17, filled with frontman Jeremy McLennan’s melancholic vocals in a song "about you as your own worst enemy. Its sound is intentionally menacing, like your ego is hunting you down."

BRONTË - HANDS
Title track from the feelgood indie pop London/Herts-based trio's debut EP ‘Hands’, released earlier this month. Trop pop guitars and easy rhythms. Catch live at London's Dublin Castle on February 25.

OFF BLOOM - FALCON EYE
Following up last year’s 'Love To Hate It' EP, the Copenhagen three-piece return with this eastern influenced electro-pop cut with choppy keys, quirky synth and sitar opening.

TANGERINES - PECKHAM BOYS
South London outfit meld lo-fi, hazy jangles with reverbed vocals and sun-ripened surf rock on this cut from their upcoming ‘Into The Flophouse’ LP, released May 12 via RIP Records.

KOBA - RUSH
Glasgow/Edinburgh quartet fuse blunt edged electronics with some atmospheric songwriting on this latest smooth electro-pop single, released February 10 via INSTRMNT Records.

VIOLET YOUTH - LUCID DREAMS
Debut track from the Blackburn four-piece, recorded and produced with Sugarhouse Music (Viola Beach, Pale Waves, Stillia) as part of their debut four-track EP. Sonic landscapes of deep, dark and melancholic angst-riddled ambience.

LULLABY - ANIMAL
The London-based quartet follow up debut single 'A Lie' with crashing guitars and soaring vocals, big chorus hooks in this melodic alt-rock track.

SMITH & THELL - FEBRUARY
New stripped back single from the Swedish folk-pop duo, Maria Jane Smith and Victor Thell (who have over 20 gold and platinum records to their name writing for other artists), taken from their debut album 'Soulprints' released later this year.
