Listen :: PINS share another track from upcoming EP

Words: Sam Geary

With their new EP 'The Bad Thing' on its way (March 24), Manchester's gals PINS share one of its tracks, ‘All Hail’.

The quartet build on dark harmonies and some big garage pop riffs 'All Hail', which follows their earlier preview of Iggy Pop-featured lead number ‘Aggrophobe’.

The band said of the track: “Sometimes songs take ages to come together and sometimes it writes itself. We were in a dingy practice room in California and we had been working on a song for a while but not really getting anywhere. Then in the last ten minutes of the session we scrapped everything we had done and just took the riff from the middle 8, and immediately we had something we were all excited about. From then on All Hail came together so easily. We recorded it in an abandoned school hall in Liverpool in one day.”
