Watch :: Bellevue Days share the video for new single ‘Faith’

Words: Sam Geary

Ahead of the release of EP 'Rosehill' on July 4, Croydon-based sludge pop/alt-rock four piece Bellevue Days share the video for their new single ‘Faith’, out today (June 22).

‘Faith’ marks the vocal debut of band member Dan Lukes, who takes over singing duties this time around from Alan Smith, the band’s long-term frontman whose vocals took the spotlight on all of Bellevue Days’ previous singles.

“Dan (guitar/vocals) originally wrote ‘Faith’ over a year ago” say the band of the new song. “It was only when we started writing our third EP we thought about giving it a go in the band. We pretty much pulled it apart from its original acoustic form and had a play around. Dan wrote the song about his friend who was having a hard time and whose religion wasn't helping the matter at all, and it’s about getting through and overcoming all those obstacles in life on your own.”
