The latest single from Los Angeles duo Stalgia - Lauren Day and Brandon Leslie - sees them turn their R&B synth focus on to their 'Spirit Animal'.
Following their trilogy of releases last year - 'In The Trees', 'Heaven + Mimosas', 'BDY' - this first delivery of 2017 was inspired by a lullaby that sung to Lauren as a child and comes from their debut EP, 'Nomad', which is out later this year via Crooked Paintings.
'Spirit Animal' has that hypnotic essence of brooding synths married with a soft vocal touch in a cinematic soubdscape.
