London/Northampton-based psych pop outfit Phantom Isle were formed by brothers Pete and Matt Marchant in late 2016, putting out their debut 'Channel' earlier this year. They recently unveiled second track, 'Nightmare', mixed by West Midlands' producer Ryan Pinson.
Picked up by BBC Introducing Northampton, and following recent London date at the Shacklewell Arms, the band's late 60s psych-inspired sound, combined with a 90s Britpop persuasion and topped with a coating of rocky grunge is both immediate and interesting.
