Track Of The Day :: Silk Cinema - Say You'll Love Me

New Wandsworth, south-west London-based duo Silk Cinema make an impressive start with debut track 'Say You'll Love Me'.

Consisting of the soulful vocals of former Tamworth, Staffs singer Kristy X  - previously making an entrance in 2015 as a solo artist under the same Silk Cinema name, with 'Hope' - and with Raph A supplying the electronic beats. The double act seems to have added depth to the sound, if 'Say You'll Love Me' is anything to go by. A crisp, clipped production of gloopy effects and R&B smoothness, with another track lined up to drop in mid-October and "an album worth of stuff ready to go", we probably will all be saying how much we love Silk Cinema.
