Introducing :: The Green Brothers
Words: Ellie Ward
As you might guess by the name of this Essex - well, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, theoretically, but just on the county border - three piece, there are brothers involved.
17-year-old Albert Greenhalgh is the vocalist/guitarist, who with older (by just a year) drummer bro George, and friend Chaz Pitt on bass and backing vocals, make up the alt-indie-punk Green Brothers, who formed in late 2016 and played their first live show last summer.
Now they have unveiled their official debut single (they also uploaded online 'Who Wants all' just before Christmas), 'Something To Lose', released today (April 9).
'Something To Lose' is a powerful intent of a debut from its opening salvo of bombastic drums and bass, before Albie thrashes out some nifty guitar and the swaggering vocal end.
