Premiered by Huw Stephens on Radio 1, and out this week, Atlas Wynd's pulsating garage rock monster 'Shellshock' hits all the right places.
Mixing in the distortion with a heavy, yet quite melodic, flair, the London trio - the once duo of Peter Chapman (vocals, guitar) and Harry Sotnick (drums) now joined by Sam Evans on bass - shake up pounding drums, with Chapman's guitar licks and raw, vocal snarl.
Atlas Wynd play Brighton's Hidden Herd festival on September 1.
