Like the recent 'All Dolled Up', new single ‘Sweet’ is also taken from Perth teenage outfit Parliamo's upcoming EP ‘The Thrill Of The Chase’, released on October 26 via Alt-Waves Records.
And like it's predecessor, 'Sweet' more than lives up to its name, once again delivering a buoyant raft of jangly guitars and singalong chorus lines.
“’Sweet’ takes a more serious tone, discussing the brutality of growing up, as our friends and relationships change and end, and we move on to different things," explains vocalist Jack Dailly. "In particular, moving away from my hometown of Perth to Glasgow.“
