After announcing their second album and lead cut 'Kyoto' last month, and releasing 'Buried In The Sand' late last year, HÆLOS now drop another taster from the May 10 incoming Orlando Leopard-produced record, 'Any Random Kindness', the follow up to 2016's 'Full Circle'.
“'Boy / Girl' was one of the first songs we finished writing for 'Any Random Kindness'," say the quartet. "It’s about the breakdown of a relationship in the digital age and a retreat into the comforts of technology. A conversation between a boy and a girl filled with all the feelings of sadness and frustration at their inability to connect."
The "brooding examination of technology's role in modern relationships", works its way over three-minutes-plus of stuttering beats and synths in trademark HÆLOS style, as Lotti Benardout and Arthur Delaney trade dual vocals in the distinctly attention-grabbing, but dark, track.
